A Walk in Paris-6/8/2022

We passed by The Fromagerie Laurent Dubois in the 15th arrondissement.

Laurent Dubois has 3 Parisian cheese stores dedicated to the world of raw milk cheese. He is an expert and was awarded the title of "Meilleur Ouvrier de France"(Best Worker of France).

An assortment of cheese on the right window of the store.

Display on the left window of the store.

Maison LeParq, artisan baker.

Jerome Leparq, artisan baker and pastry chef was elected 10th best traditional baguette in Paris in 2020

Beautiful cakes on display

Tarts and petit fours.

All so yummy!

Eataly opened their door in the heart of the Marais district in 2019.

Spread across more than 26,000 square feet and three floor with seven different eateries and eight market counters.

Stores inside Eataly.

Open 7 days a week.  I am sure it is a popular place to hang around and grab a bite.

We are now on the Quay of the River Seine with a view of the Bridge on Note Dame.

The bridge of Notre Dame.

People hanging around the Quay and on the right people leaving padlocks on the ramp overlooking the Seine.

We passed by Notre Dame..

Thoai had to go back to lunch so we continued on with our walk.

The Velib', a combination of the words Vélo and Liberté meaning “bike freedom,” sought to reduce the number of cars and encourage people to enjoy the beauty of Paris by bike
