The Main Course

I ordered the Local Lobster, Thai Herbs, Baby Bok Choy and fried Plantains.

Two thumbs up for the lobster!  the meat was so succulent and delicate.  The sauce has a hint of curry and is very interesting to eat.

Hoa ordered the Sirloin of Beef, Gingered Mushrooms and Soy Carmel Emulsion.

The was a little tough nothing compare with Phuc's meat!

Tuan N. ordered the Grilled Veal Tenderloin, cherry Mustard and Sauteed Spinach

Roasted Pekin Duck with Shallot confit, Asparagus.

Tuan Vu ordered  the Slow Baked Salmon, Truffled Mash, Sugar Snap Peas

I thouht the food was good but what makes this a really nice dinning experience is the atmosphere, the serene surrounding, and the view of the ocean that can not be found in big cities.

Dessert

An Assortment of ice cream and sorbet to go with our dessert:

Coconut Sorbet, Caramel Ice cream, strawberry Sorbet

We choose the assorted dessert plate so we can taste a a variety of desserts.

Warm Valrhona Chocolate Cake with , Banana Cake, Cheese cake with a dolled up of strawberry sauce, Meringue topped with creme pastissiere and fruits,  chocolate mousse, and citrus tart topped with meringue.

The dessert was very good.

After Dinner, we decided to walk back to our hotel which is about 10 to 15 minutes back from the beach.

That a pretty cool experience!
