Day 3- Mayan Temple Water Slides.

The Mayan Temple water slides consists of four slides: the leap of faith (the scariest of them all), the Serpent slide, Challenger slide  where 2 people complete against each other on the time clocks at the bottom of the slides to see who is the winner and the Jungle Slide.

I took the Serpent slide, sitting on a tube and traveling at high speed mostly in the dark, twisting and turning until reaching through a clear acrylic tunnel submerged in a shark-filled lagoon.  It was fun, but once was more than enough for me!

This is the Leap of Faith,  it is a daring scary ride.  It is 60 ft. long, almost-vertical drop from the top of the Mayan Temple, propelling riders at a tremendous speed through a clear acrylic tunnel submerged in a shark-filled lagoon.

Once you slid all the way down from the leap of faith you come out trough the hole on left into a shallow pool.

The Beach

After Lunch, we decided to take the kids to the beach.  They are not allowed to go to the beach unsupervised!

The water was just perfect!

Fun, fun, fun....
