We saw this restaurant yesterday and we are coming back for dinner tonight! It is located on the boulevard of Stars close by our hotel.

After 5 days of having Chinese food I am craving for something else and beer and sausages are a nice alternative.
The restaurant is casual but very hip.
View of Victoria Harbor from our table.

Beer for Hoa and coke for me!

Our waiter was really friendly and he reminded us of a waiter we known a long time in Paris.
|
|
We ordered a plate of assorted sausages and French fries.
French Fries were very good, crispy just the way I like them |
Some of the sausage were pretty good and some weren't that good but over all they were okay. |
Close look at the sausage platter.

|
Hoa ordered another beer as their beer are pretty good.
Egg waffle
Today is our last dinner in Hong Kong and I told Hoa we have to buy the popular egg waffle from a street vendor and you can find them in every street corners.
An egg waffle is a bunch of small circulars balls waffle popular in Hong Kong. It is made with eggs, sugar, flour, and light evaporated milk. They are best served hot, and often eaten plain. They can also be served with fruit and flavors such as strawberry, coconut or chocolate..

Gave it a try and they actually pretty good especially when they are still hot. They remind me of the Vietnamese green waffle.
