French Laundry - Part Deux

It all started with an e-mail invitation from Tuan Ngo.
On Sat Apr 22nd, the two Tuan's (Ngo & Vu) will be hosting the not-so-much anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed "French Laundry, Episode One". Thomas Keller has turned down this production over differences in artistic direction and compensation (he didn’t go for the "buy one get one free!").
"Life is indeed too short. All we can do is surround ourselves with good people and enjoy what life has to offer. So for this night anyway, leave your worries at the door, let's Indulge in the guilty pleasures and stir that Animal Passion. So kick off your heels and get out that leopard skin outfit, because we're having an African Safari dinner!!!
All animals are free range, low fat, organic and virile. So come hungry, and when you get home, put the kids to bed . There may not be a full moon out that night, but animal passion will surely be stirring. Grrr… baby…yeah!!"
Renowned Decorator Cindy Vu did a wonderful job creating the African theme that Tuan Vu had envisioned.
