3 weeks in Bali, Indonesia- 5/28- 6/15/2024
Day 5- Pool/Seseh beach/Dinner-5/31/2024

We came back to our villa to relax a bit.
At many villas in Bali, especially in quieter areas like Seseh, spa services are offered in-villa, meaning therapists come directly to our space so we don’t have to travel anywhere. It creates a private, serene experience where you can enjoy a massage or a manicure-pedicure right in the comfort of your villa, with the sounds of the pool nearby.

It’s one of the perks of staying in a villa here: personalized, on-demand wellness treatments that make the stay feel luxurious and deeply restorative.

Afterwards, we just enjoyed the pool.

Seseh Beach
We had time before dinner so we walked to Seseh beach again (we went very briefly yesterday).

Seseh Beach in the evening has such a peaceful, almost hidden-away feeling.

This beach is mostly visited by locals and people staying nearby, the shoreline stays quiet, letting you really take in the sound of the waves.

As we walked around, the sky is turning softer with that warm orange glow of sunset.

I just love this beach at sunset.

Looking up in the sky, silhouettes of kites drifting high above the beach add a playful, serene touch. With the wind off the ocean, the wide open coastline, and the calm atmosphere, it feels like a private slice of Bali, simple, natural, and beautifully unspoiled.

A couple holding hands and enjoy the view of the ocean.

What a peaceful beach! I can stay here for a while just watching the waves and hearing the sound of the crashing waves.

Dinner at Bu Reka, Canggu
We came back to Bu Reka because this is the nicest restaurant near our villa, and we ordered a mix of dishes this time.

We share a beef Salad with fresh vegetable, and glass noodles.

Beautiful presentation. Light dish and really yummy

Nasi Champur is a classic Indonesian dish that literally means “mixed rice.” It’s a plate of steamed white rice served with a variety of small side dishes, so every bite gives you a different flavor and texture. The dish includ a chicken sate skewer, vegetables, sambal (Spicy chili paste), crispy crackers, and roasted duck.

Hoa ordered fish and chips.

The meal was delicious.

Dinner felt warm and familiar, especially since we ended up seeing the same black dog lounging around the dining area again, as if it belongs there.
