Dinner time!

Now that the kids are fed it is our turn to have dinner.

By the time dinner we walked over the dinning table, the first course, Hamachi tartar, prepared by Dung,  was beautifully plated and waiting for us.  I'll give you all the details of the menu on the next page.

 

Hamachi tartar

A huge chilled bottle of sake was paired with the Hamachi tartar. The sake was very good and it was gone very rapidly!

Can't read Japanese but this is a very good bottle so remember the characters on the bottle!  :-)

While the chefs are in the kitchen preparing for the next course, Cung volunteered to entertain us with his guitar..
