Okay so now you have seen all the activities during the evening let's take a look at the preparation work in kitchen before dinner was served.
By the arrive we arrived everything was already prepare and ready to be served.
On the counter top is a large plate of chorizo and a large pot of sautéed Kale.

and then chorizo and roasted butternut squash ravioli are added in the brown butter!

braised oxtail are cooked a day ahead sand here it is re-heated on the stove top. The sautéed kale is also re-heated and ready to be served. |
