We went to Chili's to celebrate Hoa's birthday this year.  Even though Chili is not Hoa's first choice of restaurant it is one of  Kevin's favorite restaurant.  I know...it is Hoa's birthday but we got to please the boy too...    Chili's have the best curly fries.  Unfortunately, when we got there they have taken the curly fries out of their menu  :-(
