Time to set up the Buffet table!
While the guests are mingling all the ladies are giving a helping hand to set up the buffet table. Tonight there are about 25 adults and 8 kids which is quite large for a sit down dinner.

After the skirt steaks are grilled, Phuc is adding prepared butter on top each steak!

The steaks disappeared too fast! I barely had a chance to turn on my camera and most of the steaks were gone already. Good thing there were a lot more to come.... |

This my plate with the steak smack in the center. I made sure I ate the steak first and then if I have room I will load my plate with the remaining dishes.

I moved too fast with my camera but just to give you an idea that no matter how fast the steaks are coming out...they are just gone in a flash. Phuc was able to get a high grade of skirt steaks and they were so tasty and juicy! My mouth is watering as I am looking at his picture! |

After the steaks Maily served grilled rack of Lamb! She bought over 60 racks and we could only eat half of it!
